The Royal Bee Planning Process

Step 1

touch and see if your wedding/event date is available.

I'll confirm whether we have availability and if so, send you a link to a detailed form for you to fill out with inspiration board or Pinterest link attached. We will also see about setting up a phone consultation with Christina our ever so talented planner.

Step 2

Phone consultation

You will connect with Christina, and get know each other, chat about your vision for your wedding and discuss your coordination and planning needs, going through photos, potential rentals and style ideas, and a list of potential services she can provide for you, and partner to co-create a plan to bring your vision to life. 

Step 3

Written proposal

Shortly after your consultation, she will send over a written proposal for your review and signature. Contract is not set in stone, edits can be made after signature so no worries, you can add services if you find you need help with more down the road. Payment is as follows and retainer is due within 3 days of signature.

  • 50% Retainer to hold you date and book me as your floral designer
  • 50% Two weeks before the wedding/event

Step 4



Meet ups and venue walk throughs

you will have lots of communication with Christina, and will meet up multiple times depending on what your customized package requires throughout the months leading up to your wedding/event, venue walk through, tasteing, etc.

Step 5

Take a spa day and rest easy

Knowing that we got it all covered, you can arrive to your event knowing everything will be perfect and go smoothly.
